Joydeb Khan, a poor fellow, hails from Natun Shumbhu Nagar, Nadia. His father, Mr. Sankar Khan, works in the field from sunrise to sunset to run his family & provide basic needs to his family members. But being alone he was feeling quiet helpless to earn bread & butter for the entire family. He needs a helping hand. Sunil used to help his father in order to run their family. However, it was not enough.As a result he was getting demotivated & frustrated. He was looking for a permanent job to support his family. But due to lack of qualification, self-belief & proper channel he was not able to find suitable job for him.

All of a sudden, one day he came to know about our program from one of his neighbor. He dropped in our center with lot of anxious & doubts. As he was pessimistic in nature at that time, he was hardly talking about his problems. But our Welding Trainer counseled him for a long time & tried to sort out of his problems.

As a result sooner he got convinced & took admission at the very next day. He assembled almost each & every documents within a day which was quiet impossible. Anyway, he took admission in Welding domain. Having a student like him, our trainers were also very happy.

He was very sincere & obedient throughout this training program. After successful completion of this training program, he has been interviewed in Techno Industry in Howrah on 3rd November 2011 & he got selected. His remuneration is 4000 every month. Apart from this salary he will be provided free accommodation also. He was instructed to join immediately.
