Archana Bihan Daughter of Remis Kalyan and Mrs Asha Premika Bihan is the youngest of the three children. They used to live in a rented house in Bhattanagar, Liluah. Recently he managed to build a small house of his own. Archana was assisted by Don Bosco Development Society through Missione Kolkata.
Dare to Dream - Dare to Win
Rajdeep Subba heads from a very remote village mainly named Pokhriabong busty of Darjeeling district. He is 21 years old and belongs to extremely poor family. At a very tender age of 1 year he had to lose his mother as she was suffering from tuberculosis and his family did not have sufficient money for her treatment.
His Best Decision

Joydeb Khan, a poor fellow, hails from Natun Shumbhu Nagar, Nadia. His father, Mr. Sankar Khan, works in the field from sunrise to sunset to run his family & provide basic needs to his family members.
She is Flying now
In her words she only required the wings to fly and Nitika Don Bosco had provided her that wing to come out of her shell. Though she had joined with the minimum salary as counter personnel she is determined to find herself as a good chef in one of the reputed hotel industry.

Somebody has wisely quoted, “To the questions of your life, you are the only answer, to the problems of your life , you are the only solution.” Emphasizing on this saying the PRT of Kolkata organised a training programmed on 17th January 2012 for the students of Don Bosco Yuva Jyoti (Beherampur).
Bandel steps to the second batch
After the successful completion of Batch 1 in Bandel, the second batch was inagurated on 12th january 2012. The auspicious occasion had the presence of Centre In-charge Fr. M. C. Cyriac, Cluster Coordinator Mrs. Satabdi Shaw. The programme started with the Lighting of the lamp by Fr. Cyriac. A beautiful cutural programme was organised by the students which includes songs and dance performance.
Getting Familier
Orientation of the 5th batch MORD BASE Programme started from 8thNov -14th Nov 2011.The first four days of the orientation programme comprised of games and interactive sessions.Trainers divided the whole group into four different teams and interacted with them through games like name game;chinesewhisper;passing of ball etc.Different topics of personality development and job readiness like money management, team building ,decision making ,johari window were covered during the orientation time.
The Fifth Batch in Siliguri
DB Tech siliguri (MORD-BASE) has successfully completed four batches and has made an average placement of 85% in all the three domains. Now Siliguri center is going ahead with the 5th Batch with 120 numbers of students.
The inauguration of the 5th batch mord BASE programme was held on 7thnov 2011 at Salesian college siliguri campus. The auspicious occasion was graced by lightening of lamps by Chief guest Rev Father MA Joseph and Guest of Honour Fr Babu Joseph. Trainers sang the hymn to invoke the god blessings as the guests and our cluster coordinator lighted the lamps.
Village Leaders at Kalyani
The Don Bosco Action India initiative with the assistance of Via Don Bosco conducted another leadership training programme at Kalyani.It was organized by Don Bosco Development Society Kolkata. The Coordinator Veronica Makhal and her team together with Fr.Lalu Mark of Catholic Church Kalyani animated the group in various topics related to leadership.
